Wow… I just finished this program a few days ago.
I definitely recommend to anyone looking to tone up. It’s very beginner friendly so even if you’re just starting out on your weight loss journey it’s definitely something that can be done. I love how there are videos detailed videos for all workouts and warm up so if you’re not sure what to do you can watch video.
I will for sure be trying other programs by devout fitness and will be repeating this one because of the great results I’m getting…. Love it ….
